Match Analysis review showed that getting the ball out from the back whilst under pressure was needing worked on. Put together 2 options of how to play out from the back.

Option 2
If option 1 doesn't work it is important that we have an alternative.
The first option was for the players to switch. The 2nd option is for the players to rotate.
After 1 side of the pitch has tried to switch and they havn't managed to get the ball out the other side of the pitch looks to rotate.
It starts off by the centre midfielder dropping in showing to receive the ball. if they can get on the ball without any pressure then try to play from there.
If one of the defending players is locked on to the centre mid the team rotate. The centre mid back peddles to the right back position showing to get on the ball. The right back pushes onto right midfield & the right midfielder goes in the pitch to centre mid.
The GK has then 3 options to play the ball out: right back, right midfield, or centre mid (after rotating).
With the centre midfield dropping in it should leav space in behind for right midfield to go into to recieve the ball.
If none of these options are on then GK looks to play into striker then team support.

Moving onto a condition game. the condition is that there is only man for man pressing in that area.
This will allow a chance to try out the 2 options from bedding in as only 2 defending players are allowed into the area while any attacking player is allowed in.
Players are encourage to use patterns of play worked on in bedding in.
Progression: pressing zone is removed and players can go man for man all over the pitch applying pressure.

Activity
After doing a match analysis one of the key aspects on which i was looking for my team to improve on was patterns of play (getting the ball out from the goal keeper).
Here i have designed up a patterns of play training session to help improve and develop that aspect of my teams game.
To start my team is the blues and set up in a 2-3-1 formation. The opposition red team are also set up in a 2-3-1 but are pressed man for man when not in possession.
The GK starts with the ball and first trys to play out to the 2 defenders if opposition aren't pressed on.
In this case they are so defender isn't available to play out.
The first option is for the whole team to push up as a result and with communication from the defender and the wide player to switch positions. The wide player becomes the defender and the defender becomes the wide player.
When the wide player who is now the defender has 3 options to play forward: to pass to the wide player, to play into the centre midfielder or hit the striker.
Coaching Points
Try to play out under pressure first if possible
If not on Gk tells team to push up the pitch
Communication between players who are going to switch
Get on the half turn - body position for when receiving
Try other side if players catch on keep rotating
