Story/Description:
1.Before driving a car (ball), all drivers (players) must pass their test. The coach asks the drivers what to do if they see a red light, a yellow light or a green light. Coach then gives each driver their license to put in their sock.
2.When the coach yells “Green light” all drivers drive their car around the parking lot. When the coach yells “yellow light” all the driver have to go slow and when the coach yells “red light” all the drivers have to stop
3.Drivers should always be on the look out for the police (coach) who could come at anytime making a siren sound
4.Any drivers that are caught, get a ticket
Coaching Points:
1.Make sure you stay in control of your car
2.Watch out for other cars on the road
3.Don’t go through any red lights because the police might see you
Developments:
1.P – “Super Green = Super Fast”
2.P – Drivers have to reverse out of the parking spot
3.P – Drivers have to put gas in their car by putting one foot on the ball then the other as fast as they can

Story/Description:
1.Syndrome (coach) has a terrible plan to destroy the world (pinnie – tucked in back of their shorts)
2.Syndrome keeps this plan on him at all times
3.It is the mission of the Incredibles family (players) to try and take the plan from Syndrome
4.Syndrome tells the players they have x number of seconds to save the world
5.In this time the Incredibles can drive their flying car (ball) to Syndrome location to take the plan
6.When Syndrome turns around the Incredibles must freeze and stand like statues so as not to be seen, if spotted they have to return to the start (end line)
Coaching Points:
1.Keep your car (ball) close with little touches
2.Head up to see where Syndrome moves to
3.Big touches when you have lots of time to move
Developments:
1.P – Allow the player that captures the plan to become Syndrome
2.P – Players have to perform different movements rather than freeze (toe taps, foot to foot, dancing!)

Story/Description:
1.The coach plays the role of Simon
2.When Simon gives a command the players have to react – “Simon Says put your foot on the ball.”
3.If Simon does say then the players must stand as still as they can
4.Simon tries to catch the players out by getting them to move without his say so!
5.Start without the ball and concentrate on movements – running, jumping, skipping, balancing (stand on one leg)
Coaching Points:
1.Listen to Simon carefully
2.Keep your head up so that you don’t bump into other players
3.Encourage a change of speed and direction
Developments:
1.Be creative with your commands – Simon Says move like a snake, Simon Says move like a frog
2.Add the ball
3.Have players dribble around a disc cone or knock over a tall cone

Organization:

Story/Description:
1.All the doctors (players) have to learn the new body parts whilst driving their ambulance (ball)
2.The doctors have to drive around the area until the coach calls out a body part
3.Doctors then have to drive to a hospital (cone) and put that body part on the hospital
4.Each time the coach calls out a different body part
Coaching Points:
1.Keep your ambulance close to you
2.Watch out for other ambulances
Developments:
1.P – Coach makes more complicated combinations of body parts
