Organisation
A 60x60 yard square with a full size goal on each side.
7v7 in the middle.
3x 15 minute games. 4 minute recovery.
How to Play
Teams compete for possession and try to score on any of the 4 goals.
Teams cannot score from rebounds, so if the GK makes a save another goal must be attacked by whichever team recovers the ball.
If a ball goes out of play, opposite team restarts from that point or coach can call another GK to put a ball in play.

Organisation
A narrow channel with a goal at each end (approx 12x40).
Goalkeepers rotate in every 2 or 3 reps.
Players line up either side of the goals.
How to Play
One of the 2 Yellow players plays a long pass to one of the 2 Blues.
The Blues then attack the Yellow goal, the Yellows defend and can counter if they win the ball.
Play 5 rounds from each end.
Progressions
Play 3v3
Allow players to choose their opponent in a 1v1
Have a set time to score.
