Conditioned Game
Organization:
- 2 GKs
- 4vs4 in middle zone
- 2 players from each team defending thirds and 1 attacking player.
- 2 big goals
Instructions:
- The coach plays the ball in from the side and teams must make 2 passes before breaking into their attacking zone.
- The zone can be broken by a pass or a dribble.
- If a defender wins the ball they playback into the middle zone
- With each breakaway, the middle zone adds two players to make it 3vs2 in the end zone.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Speed of play
- What combinations can we use to create scoring opportunities?
- Width: do players stretch the field out?

Set-Up:- 5vs5 with 5 neutrals (adaptable with GKs)
- Balls behind the goals.
Instructions:
- Possession team has the yellow neutrals on their team and looks to score.
- When blue win the ball back they also have the neutrals.
- Its a regular game but with neutrals.
Coaching Points:
- Possession team look to make the field big
- Quick combinations in the attacking third.
