Set Up: Area 15x30 yrds with goal at end. PLay 2v2 attackers look to score then move to next pitch.

Rotate def after set time.

Key Points: Movement & support, decisions, attack with pace, finishing.

Set up: Use whole pitch, players in lines of 3 with GK in each goal. Attackers come out to score, player that shoots leaves the pitch to leave 3 teammates to transition to 2 defenders. 3 new attackers from opposite team come out to attack to make it 3v2 to score.

Progressions: 4v3, 2v1

Key points: Attacking - Open up pitch with direction of movement, 1st pass forward, look to draw defenders towards the ball & then play through or around them to spare player, attack with speed & aggression, 1v1 & finishing skills.

Defending - Close the space to goal, get organised quickly, press or drop into block? Communication on how to defend, defending distances, wait for chance to steal & counter attack
