Target - To get best movement accross the goal and cover the angles.

Description - Keeper moves from one side of the goal to the other to make 2 saves. Can be half volley, touch and strike or straight strike. 2) Keeper turns in from facing the corner, first strike is reflex save then onto far angled save.

Learning Objectives - Good fast movement, slowing down at the right times. Setting in the right position. Decision making.

Time - 30 minutes
