ORGANISATION :- Area is organised into four pitches (see diagram), size dependant on numbers and ability plus age. The practice is a decision making ecxersise with emphasis also on all technical aspects of passing controlling etc.
PRACTICE ;- Plrs pass and move within their given pitch, the coach can add conditions as desired to teach the plrs the points working on i.e passing , control and movemen. The coach will number plrs 1 - 4 and have them pass in numerical order till plrs are confident and understanding is displayed and a good tempo reached.
PROGRESSION :- On completing a given number of passes the number called by coach runs in clockwise direction to another pitch to take part in a 3v1 possession game (how many times can pressing plr gain a touch on the ball etc.
OBJECTIVES :- To increase plrs understanding in aspects of passing - control - movements required. To observe learning within plrs. To increase aerobic and anaerobic levels.
