ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Field is set-up into 4 zones. Field dimensions will depend on number of players.
Two middle zones are 7 yards each. Tow Safe zones are 10 yards.
Rules:
- Defending team set up as 2-3, with one player allowed to press in safe zone. However, defending players can change zones if line is broken. Offensively, players can go anywhere.
- As soon a ball is played into a zone, Attackers drive at defenders with numbers up game. If attackers join then defensive players can recover.
- Ball has to cross the offside line first, not the player (dribble or pass)
- Team in possession must make 3 passes in Safe Zone before attacking.

Scoring:
Attacking team get's one point for scoring in big goals after penetrating the last line (pass or dribble) or dribble through gates after penetrating last line.
Coaching Points:
Movement / Awareness / Speed of thought and play.
What happens when you break that first line of defense?
Counter Principle /Team Defending: Communication (Urgency) & defensive shape to prevent penetration and Doubling Down from front players if ball gets played through. Good 1v1 defending and delay the attack.
Team attacking: Drive at front foot, mobility and creative runs to unbalance opposition.

Warm-Up (10 mins)

1v1 / Ball Mastery: Players dribble towards each other, perform move (to right), dribble / take-over with next player in line. (4/5 times - then perform action to left).

2) Double touch - Same foot (inside / outside).
3) Roll over (using sole of foot).
4) Scissors.
