Passing sections 8v415 mins

3 teams. Team in the middle grid are defending. Players must stay in their grid

Objective: 2 outside teams to pass the ball to one another using movement and passing amonst their own team to create angle for pass.

If defending team intercept/win the ball, which ever team lost possesion swaps grids with defending team.

PROG 1 - 1 player from defending team can now go into the section where the ball is to make a 4v1.

PROG 2 - Remove sections so now all players can move anywhere, making a 8v4 keep ball.
