Organization: 4 lines setup as shown, with the balls at A. 2 players are at B,C,D, with the rest of the players at A.
Instructions: A plays ball who B, B sets the ball back for A to play a ball into the path of C on the wing. Immediately after the pass A&B make runs into the box C takes a touch and plays a cross into the path of A/B. Sequence is now repeated with D now being played in down the wing.
Rotation is A-B-C/D-A
Coaching Points:
-Timing and Direction of the runs
-Delivery quality and placement- proper surface selection
* Target area: 2nd 6 yard box or (high driven)
* Target area: between post and defender (low driven or lofted)
-Communication- Verbal and Visual communication amongst the players off the ball and the crosser.
Progressions:
Progression- Have a trailing player at C/D provide passive pressure
Progression- Have C/D dribble towards the endline/corner of 18 and play a cutback cross into path of the 2 runners
Progression- Add in a central defender
Regression: Have B receive ball from A and play C into space on the wing

Organization:
1. Full or half field divided to provide channels for wingers
2. Half line mark of field represents a divider between midfielders and attackers
3. Lots of balls in either goals
Instructions:
1. All players must stay in their designated areas
2. Wide players are unopposed
3. When attacking, the defensive players should try to get the ball to their attackers ASAP. Attackers must try to combine to get the ball to their wide players in an attempt to replicate passing sequence from main theme.
4. Teams score 3 points if goal is scored directly from a cross or 1pt if goal is from a shot in the middle
5. Game is restarted from GK every time is goes out
Coaching Points:
1. Quality and direction of first touch
2. Quality of passes and service
3. Selecting the appropriate surface for finishing based on type of serve
4. Timing of runs from strikers and players movement of the ball
5. Strikers awareness of goalkeepers positioning as well has defensive players when finishing
Progressions:
1. P – Wide players can defend after ball is played to attacking wide players.
2. P – Inside players can combine with wide players for overlapping runs or plays through the middle
Warm Up (15 mins)

Instructions:
Line 2 passes to 1 then overlaps.
Plays a cut back cross into 1 or 3 who are running to front and back post.
Alternate sides

1. Angle of approach - off center
2. Head up to observe your target area
3. Head down at point of contact
4. Non kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
5. Contact ball - middle above the mid line
6. Pull hips around to face target at contact
7. Body weight forward chest and knee over the ball at contact
8. Follow through is controlled
