20m length from start to cones.
This drill is about speed and agility, i split my team into 3 sets of 6, attackers, midfield and defence. Each team starts the on the whistle of the coach and starts on the whistle of the coach. The teams go thought the apparatus sprint to the cones and return to the start position,we have 2 minutes on each apparatus the coach blows the whistle and the three teams rotate to the next apparatus.
Each team completes each apparauts twice. We do change our starting position to a sit up or lying flat position.
