Description:

Every action will be followed by another one  with the objective to emphasise on the actions we want to create on the final third. 

-Give and go inside - rotation

-Attack the half space

-1 v 1 outside

-Be patient and recycle the ball

Rules: 

After the actions as a progression, we will pay a ball from GK to me where we will kick into the space and the attacking players will attack with freedom

30 minutes - After 15 minutes - change players

Description:

The team who is in possession will apply the principles we have repeated on the first task. 

The team who is defending will have to  defend and try to score into mini nets

Rules:

If the defending team gets a goal - Goal kick in the next action

If the attacking team scores from 1 of the action we have worked on before - 2 points. 

We'll compete to the whole time to know - loser will do sort of punishment.
