Blue team formation: 1-4-2-1-1
Blue team matching up in centre of field, encouraging Red team to play wide.
Condition on Red team, if they can switch the ball from one side to the other using the CM's and score, goal is worth 3.
Blue team to score within 8 seconds.

Key Factors
3 CM's to interchange in the centre of the park. Drag opposing players around creating space for player to receive the ball and pass.
Depth to be provided by Red #4,5 & 9. Width given by Red wingers.
Encourage a quick transition from one side of the field to the other.
Red team to recognise times to switch the play:
- goal in front is blocked by defenders
- majority of the blue team are on side of the field, leaving opposite Red winger one on one with their defender.
Passes to vary from driven low to lofted balls depending on position of defender.
Organisation
8v7 in large area.
Red team containing 2 CB's, 3 CM's, 2 wingers and 1 forward.
Aim of the session is to score in any of the 4 goals. Ball must go through shaded area before a goal can be scored.
Once team has scored at one, they must go score in the goals at the other end.
Only two players from either team are allowed in the shaded at one time.
Ball restarts from feeders who pass to team that has just scored.
