Pass and Move - 2 stations on a quarter
OPEN RECEIVING & PASS ON THE MOVE
6+ players per drill (2 stations per group)
A and B must have 2 players start on this cone to allow for exercise flow.
Player A (without a ball) runs into the square
Player B push passes the ball to A
A receives the ball IN MOVEMENT and carries the ball out of the side of the box, round the cone and then passes to C
A follows pass
C receives the ball
B (who passed the ball) runs into the square and receives the ball from C
B receives IN MOVEMENT and moves laterally towards outer side of the square, round the cone and passes to D
B follows pass
D receives the ball
C runs into the square to receive from D, runs right side and around cone and passes to A
Exercise continues as above.
Every player follow their pass.
PROGRESS:
Change the direction of the exercise from anti- clockwise to clockwise
Add pressure from opposite player (will need more players on each cone e.g. at least 2)

Bench Ball
Get the ball to your Bench player to score a point
This releases the bench player and Turn And Burn to opposite end, replacing bench players on both sides
Jail Break
Aim is to be the team to release both your players from their squares first
Once a player gets the ball in the square, they are released and must be replaced by another team member. Once all players have been released from the squares, that team wins.

Ball-Carrying
Players must dribble the ball in and around the cones and in the circle, in any direction, without bumping into anyone else
Encourage them to look up, change direction, add in elimination skills (V-drags, pulls, spins etc
Encourage use of stick movement from open to reverse to move ball
Also foot movement to always keep ball on open side
Consider - body position - knees bent, head up, back straight
Consider - hand position on stick and how to use right hand correctly
Upgrade to Kabadi/King-of-the-Ring Mash-up - teams send a raider to the other circle to try tackle away a ball and bring it to their circle. Team with most balls at the end of the time wins!
