Organization:
1 ball and cone per player.
Instructions:
Coach in the middle of the area leading the rhythmic warm up, players look to touch the ball in time with the rhythm the coach sets.

Organization:
6 cones, 3 lines, 3 players per area.
Instructions:
Players dribble to either cone on the middle line and perform the "V" move.
Coaching Points:
1. Using correct feet to turn back to cone
2. Angle of movement 11 o'clock to 6 o'clock to 2 o'clock (vice versa for opposite foot)
Progressions:
Addition of semi-opposed defender

Organization:
Players are in pairs with 4 target zone in corners.
Instructions:
Players start with ball back to back in area. Players count down to 3 then they turn and have to win the ball and dribble into one of the 4 target zones. Game lasts 10 seconds.
Coaching Points:
1. Aggression to win the ball
2. Awareness of space/Defender
3. When to push ball out of feet and when to take smaller touches.

Juggling Warm-Up (15 mins)
Organization:
30x40 yard grid, each Player with a ball.
Instructions:
Players work in pairs. Set number of touches allowed. Player to misplay the ball, a point is given to the other player. Play for a fixed time, winners move up to play a new player.
Coaching Points:
- Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
