Same size field no midline. Now have balls all around the field- narrow field. When the ball goes out of bounds they imediately get a ball and make a proper throw in to start the attack again. Work on playing quick off the throw in and creative runs off the throw in to get into the attack.

Free play game except create several free kick opportunities. Looking for the players to recognize times to play quickly and not let the defending team time to set up defensively. Counter them before they have timeto organize to defend. Time limit to call a foul for free kick, or to many touches to call free kick, simulated free kicks.

3v3 inside the center circle of the field so 10 yard radius. unlimited touch on the inside, trying to score as many goals as possible. The players on the outside have one touch to keep the ball in the circle. Go for time limit winner stays.
