Passing & Receiving + Rondo
Progression:
1) open up and receive hips open and pass the ball with same or opposite foot
2) Switch directions
3) check to one touch lay off, open back up and and receive hips open
4) Switch directions
5) Receive with front foot to protect ball do a move and then pass the ball
6) Switch directions
Rondo: 3v1
- every 10 passes offensive players connect, player in middle stays again. Max 3 rounds in middle.

Transition 1 Touch Game: 2v2+1N
Field: 35 x 18 yards.
Rules: 1 touch restriction, unless it's a turnover or shot

Full Field Game with 3 different zones.
Defensive third zone is 3 touches,
Middle third zone is 2 touches
Final third zone is 1 touch; except when shooting

I. Overlap with Options: (Olivia)
Two on corner kick. Play and overlap. Person has option to dribble through and cross or play the overlapper. If overlapper gets ball they have opportunity to cross ball in or play top of the box for shot.
The three/four running in call out the number they are running towards.
II. Short Corner from near post runner (one hand up)
i. Person who receives short along endline plays it back at an angle. That person has option to cross ball, dribble, or pass to top of 18 where B comes from far to check to shot.
ii. Person who receives ball from short can turn with it and penetrate. If so need to have 45 angled ball runner.
III. Direct Corner. (two hands up)
Always want extra player in the back.

4) Receive - roll across + pass.

7) Receive & turn.
