Game Related Practise
Organisation
Three boxes 8 x 24 yards. Three teams. Objective is for white team to play through red team to get to blue team. Coaching focus is on the red team moving together and stopping any passes going between them.

Conditioned Game
Organisation
Played on half of a 7v7 field. 5v5 game no goalkeepers. Condition is that in possession, team must have players in each of the shaded wide areas. Out of possession all the teams players must stay in the central area.
Progression
- Just one wide area must be filled
Coaching Points
- Try to identify the coaching moment when transition turns over and the team that loses the ball must go narrow and the team that wins the ball offers width
- Out of possession force the opposition into wide areas.
