Instructions:

- Teams score by finishing in goals

- Teams can use neutral players who are eligible to move up and down the line to create give and go's during sequences of play and also take crossings.

Coaching Points:

- Commit defenders and utilise numbers up situations

- Angles of neutral players

- Decision making of players - using neutral players for give and go or using them as a decoy

- Keep score, first team to five - losing team switches with neutral players
