Ball to feet

same set up as last screen but this time instead of coach playing a lay off pass behind the back four, the coach plays a pass directly back to player.
Players job is to meet the ball early and try and score without taking a touch.

This player will play the ball into the coach, coach will then play the ball into one of our lines. that line player then plays ball through the defence into player running on.
Again change side so both sets of players get a chance to score.

Organisation:
Set up for 12 players 6 in each line: make session as rapid as possible so players are stood still for a long period.
Coach will be stood inbetween back four acting as the feeder, player from one side of the line players ball into coach then plays a lay off pass behind the back four for the player to run onto and shoot. once coach plays ball to the right the next pass then goes to the left. again keep it fast so players arent static.
