Organization:
1.20 x 20 yard area set up as shown

Story/Description:
1.Coach starts off the activity by getting the player to wave at their shadow on the floor, and then by challenging the players to loose their shadow by running around in different directions and at different speeds
2.Coach then puts the players in pairs, with one being the shadow and the other being the player attempting to lose their shadow
3.The shadow has 30 seconds to stay in touching distance of the runner before the coach yells “FREEZE”
4.The shadow then turns to face their partner who must attempt to pass their ball through the their partners legs
5.Players then rotate roles
Coaching Points:
1.Use different movements and speeds to get away from the shadow
2.Try to keep your eye on the runner so you know where they are going
Developments:
1.P – The shadow now has no ball
2.R – Each player starts without a ball

Story/Description:
1.All burgers (balls), lettuce (pinnies) and buns (cones) are centrally located in area ‘The Grill’
2.Players take turns to go to go to the grill, get an item and run back to their burger bar
3.Each team must build as many burgers as they can
4.The team with the most complete burgers wins
Coaching Points:
1.Get to the grill quickly
2.Make sure you build a good burger
Developments:
1.P – Players have to flip the burger (throw in the air) before taking it to the burger bar

Story/Description:
1.Players have to dribble through as many different gates as they can in a set time
2.Players are not allowed to go through the same gate twice in row
3.When time runs out they have to get back to the cave as quick as they can
4.On the next game, players have to beat their score from the game before

1.Keep the ball as close to you as you can
2.Watch out for other players
3.Look up to see the open gate
4.Use different parts of your feet

4.One Nemo!
Story/Description:
1.The coach hides Nemo (Any Orange Object) the fish under one of the cones
2.All players start on the reef and run out into the sea to look for Nemo
3.Players must use their fins (ball) to swim around the ocean
4.To dig up the sand (cone) they must swim around a cone
5.If Nemo is not under there they put it back down and move on to the next cone
6.When a player finds Nemo they swim back to the desert Island
Coaching Points:
1.Look to see which cones have not been looked under
2.Keep your fin close to you
3.Watch out for other fish
Developments:
1.P – Brucey the shark (parent) has come to town and is looking to eat little fishes fins (ball). The shark swims around with a fin on their back and attacks when the coach yells “SHARK ATTACK”. All fish have to get back to the reef as quickly as possible

Marble Kings
Organization:

2.12 players (9 attackers, 3 defenders) set up as shown
3.12 balls
Story/Description:
1.Marble Kings (defenders) start with their marble (ball) in their hands
2.Marble Kings then have to run around and hit another players marble with theirs
3.The two players then change roles
4.The game lasts for 30 seconds
Coaching Points:
1.Protect your marble by getting your body between it and the Marble King
2.Keep looking around for the Marble Kings so you can run the other way
