Station 1 - Technical Passing (25 minutes)
Organization:
- See diagram for set-up and equipment
- Using 1 ball/ Have plenty of extra balls
- Start by designating 2 side target players and change them after 4 minutes
- Cones Approx. 5x5 yards apart from the middle cone.
- P1 starts w/ the ball & passes to T2, T2 plays it back, P1 switches it by playing to T3, T3 passes back to P1 in the middle, P1 then passes straight to P4 through the gate and follows pass.
- Players start by opening up off one foot and pass with the same foot
- Sequence repeats
- Everything 2 touches
Progression: Recieve by opening up off 1 foot and passing with the opposite foot (Touch-Step-Play)
Coaching Points:
- Speed and accuracy of pass, Eye contact, On your toes (happy feet), Non passing foot slightly over the ball, Swing the knee, First touch, Part of foot/Part of ball

Station 2: Small Sided Game (25 minutes)
Organization:
- See diagram for set-up and equipment
- 2 teams of 5 or 6/ 5v5, 4v4 plus 1 neutral who plays for whichever team has possession.
- 3 zones (10x35 yards) 30x35 yard game space.
- Directional game to 1 goal
- Players can move/run anywhere
- If teams plays from one side to the other side by coming back through the middle and swithing play = 3 goals. Players can also score on the small goal = 1 goal. They dont have to switch play if it is not on.
Progression: 1) The condition is that you must move the ball from one 1 side to the other side befoe you can score on goal.
