Set up:
- (9v9) - 2-4-1-1 vs 4-3-1
- Working with wReds (focus on Central 4, Withdrawn/Lone CF)
- 60 x 35 pitch dimensions.
- Important players retain shape/formation (alter in play/possession)
Conditions:
1. Led by Lone CF, defending team must drop off (Yellow Line) when GK in possession.
2. GK must always play into FB (Defensive shape allows more space with FB's)
3. Blues have 5 passes max. in possession to get off shot.

1. Triggers as ball travelling to FB - Winger arcs run to cut off line and force play inside. Winger set on FB 1st touch.
- FB 2nd touch (Pass into CM - Winger recovers) (Pass into CB - Stay high)
2. Trigger is Wingers Movement.
- Look to Apply Pressure on Outside Shoulder of CM
- Thought Process (1. Can I Step in to Win?) (2. Apply Pressure & Force Back)
3. Trigger FB's Touch & Pressure from Winger - Split centre of pitch.
- Aware of Decision Making from FB
- (1. Check shoudler - Stop switch)
- (2. Ball into CB / Apply Pressure on Inside Shoulder - Key aim to avoid being transfered from CB to CB)
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
(1. Winger recovers as ball bypasses him).
4. Trigger is FB touch
Aware of Decision Making from FB
- (1. Split Pitch - Cut off supply to opposite winger)
- (2. Ball into CM / If on Inside Foot, Are we in a Position to apply pressure from the Front?)
5. Trigger is CM stepping in.
- Narrows pitch / Cut off supply into CF if dropped off.
- Always deepest of midfield 4.
6. Opposite Winger Squeezes play (Level with Withdrawn CF) / Body open for switch.
- (1. Ball into CM / If on Inside Foot, Are we in a Position to Apply Pressure from the Front?)
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
A. (Ball Recieved in channel/bypasses Winger). Only time philosophy changes (Force Outside).
- False Enviornment due to 9v9 Game (FB Missing from Shape)
- CB/Deepest CM cover across / 1v1 Situation, key to force outside, in order for players to recover appropriately
B. CF Drops into Midfield.
- Same Information applies as CM (Can you Win? If not Pressure to Force Back?)
- CB only follows so far / Pass onto Deepest CM.

Function
Organisation:
- Function starts with GK (Server), who plays out to CB - Reds look to score through two end goals (Central)
- Blue team look to cut off pitch/stop Reds from playing - If they regain possession, can they score in 3 passes?
NB - False environment as no WM in the game (WM to be introduced in SSG)
Triggers/Movements (As ball travelling from GK/Server)
1. Lone CF looks to narrow pitch/cut off switch (Arc run to force CB forward)
2. CM (Closest to ball) applies pressure on 1st CM (Ball side) - Look to step in and regain possession/force backwards
3. Withdrawn CF splits pitch (If ball into CM/1st touch Inside can they win it? Force backwards?)
4. 2nd CM always deepest lying of Midfield 4
