Set up
Create an area of 50x25 with a goal and balls at each end. Will need 14 players (6 Red, 6 Blue, 2 GK).
How to play
The practice always begins with a swith between attacking team who play a 2v1 in their own half.
Play quickly into no.9 and support creating a 3v2.
Once attack is over the defending leave (one stays as no.9). Attacking team retreat to defensive position (one in attacking half and 2 in defensive).
If defending team win the ball, hit them on counter.
Fist team to 7 points win

4v4 plus 1 on half a field
Instructions:
In this conditioned game the the players in the defensive zone will be able to support the attacking half but only 1 player. In the attack there will be a 4v2 situation to get the team the success need it.
