Double Possession, with Immediate press Rondo Variation
COACH passes the ball from the side into the blue players on the base line. The blue team play a possession game with the green team creating 5 unopposed passes against the yellow team (increase or lower dependent on age group). On completing 5 passes the team that passes the ball forward( in this case blue) advance to the central line to play a 6 v 3 with the red team against the yellow team (SEE SCREEN 2). The green team retreat to the base line awaiting the forward pass which in this case should be from the red team. The game continues in the same vain with the reds now advancing to the central line to play 6 v 3 with the green team with the balue retreating to the opposite base line (SEE SCREEN 3). If the yellow team gain possession the automatically play a first time pass into the opposite are to the team on the base line (SEE SCREEN 4) and the team that lost possession become the defending team (SEE SCREEN 5).
