Technical: (First Touch and Distribution)
Organization:
2 end zones (6x4 meters) with a gap in between (10 meters)
1 player in each end zone
The first player starts with passing the ball on the ground, players are only allow to take 2 touches (players are not allow to stop the ball). Players get a point if:
-the opposition fails to stay in their end zone
-if the the opposition fails to distribute the ball into the other end zone
-if one of the players take more than 2 touches or the ball becomes stationary.
Progression 1:
- Control with one foot pass with the other one
Progression 2:
- Aerial passes, players have to play the ball over the gap between the 2 end zones, the ball must land in the oppositions end zone.
Coaching Points:
- Firm passes
- Positive first touch
- Passing technique
- Body awareness
- Move into the line of the ball

3 + 3 vs 3:
-Side teams move the ball around while looking for a through ball over to the other side.
-Middle team tries to intercept passes.
-If the middle team intercepts a pass the team that failed to complete the pass will go into the middle
Point scored for every through ball
Coaching points:
Dont let the ball become stationary
Firm accurate passes along the ground
Movement off the ball
Defensive coaching points
Pressure cover balance. The man nearest must press the ball while others over cover and balance
Progressions:
- Allow one defender into the passing teams area

Technical Warm up (10 mins)
Technical Warm up: (10min) [Goal is to reach 1000 touches on the ball]
Players start dribbling inside the area they have 2 minutes to get as many touches as they can.
Progression 1: (2min) Players have limited touches (3) every 3 touches they have to perform a move followed by a change of speed into open space
Progression 2: (2min) Players must use different parts of the the foot (right and left) for the 3 touches and then perform their move.
Progression 3: (Players) Players still have 3 touches then they will try to put as many moves in a row as they can. (drag back into scissors + drag back swipe) start over.
Coaching points:
Dribble with the head up, keep the ball close to the feet, use of weak foot, find open space, speed up after the move, different moves in a row (scissors, step overs, drag backs, L turns)
Players can do toe taps in between progressions.
