Instructions:
Ball start with the defender passing to the 2 attacker who will attempt to pass to each other to penetrate and score in the mini goal.
Coaching Points:
Driving at defender (commit them)
Observation of defenders position! What are they giving you?
Blocking the path ahead – play support player
Disguise pass (outside, no look, body fake)
Covering half and half – Pass or move
If passing then it’s a straight pass (toe) with a diagonal run (depending on space in behind defender)
Move – look to attack defenders front foot to off balance them
Movement of support player, overlap?
Is the dribbling player dictating the movement or is the support player?!
Progressions:
3 vs 2 or 4 vs 2
add 2 gates for defender to encourage for counter attack
attackers must pass 5 passes before scoring.

Instructions:
Attacking team in the middle will try to maintain possession by passing the ball and moving around the middle area, now attacker have 2 neutral players to help them shift from one side to another.
10 passes will be 1 point, shifting the ball from neutral player to the other one is 1 point.
Coaching Points:

Organization:
Set up four cones 10-15 yards apart and one in the middle. Organise three players as shown on the diagram below. One player on a bottom left cone has a ball.
Instructions:
The exercise starts with a bottom left player passing the ball to the middle player who then passes it with one touch to the top left cone. A player who started on a bottom left cone, runs to the top left cone after the pass.
After the ball and a player reach the top left cone, the ball should be passed to the player on the top right cone.
The next step involves passing the ball to the middle player who then plays it one touch to the bottom right cone. A player that started on the top right cone runs to the bottom right cone and a player from a top left cone runs back to his starting position.
The last stage is a pass back to the starting position, a player on the bottom left cone. The exercise starts again and continues for a set amount of time.
Coaching Points:
Choose technique based on distance/space
Angle of approach – center
Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
Contact ball - middle
Contact foot - inside
Ankle locked with toe pointed up
Follow through towards target with striking foot remaining open throughout
Body weight over the ball
Progressions:
