First movement
1st post player checks in and lays off at an angle

The idea of the 2nd movement is to attract or bring an opponent with you and create space
- The objective of the left foot cross is:
1. Cross into 2nd post
2. Pass short
3. Shoot at goal
3 defenders outside of box are ready to prevent any counter attack from the opponent.
- They are ready to shoot a rebound/ second ball
- They are ready to make a tactical foul in case opponent's are fast
