Organization: Playing area of 35 x 20 with the two end zones being 15 meters each and the center zone being 5 meters in width. Team will be divided into three groups with the attacking teams in either end zone and the defending team in the middle. The team in possession is looking to complete at least five passes before they can switch the play to the other zone to the other attacking team. The defending team can only send one player in to recover the ball. If the ball is recovered and passed back to their team they score a point and the sequence starts again with the other attacking team. If the ball is cleared out of the zone then the sequence starts again in the other attacking zone and the defending team sends another player in to defend. Attacking team can only score a point when they switch the ball to the other zone to the other attacking team. Rotate defending team every three minutes.
Coaching Points:
1) Look to play the first touch
2) Movement off the ball to passing lanes
3) Play in the direction you are facing
