Instructions:
-1 v 1
-Player will serve the ball into the attacking player ( who will step and attack)
- Player must dribble in between the gate in order to score a point
Coaching Points:
-Close Control on the approach (small Touches)
-Change direction and speed (will leave the defender flat and difficult time to recover)
- Attack the front foot of defender
- attack in speed ( will have the defender unbalance on the approach)

Instructions:
-3 v 3: Player must score in the Goal to receive a point
-An extra point on beating the player and change direction/speed
- Add A Game Scenario the Game is tied 3-3 "Can we get a goal in the final 2 minutes?"
