Dive warmup
A. GK starts laying on one side . Server rolls ball to hands of GK x . GK immediately gets to feet for a 3rd diving save...this time served mid-height. 5 reps each side x 2 sets.

"Magic Box" footwork warmup (4 x 2 yds)
A. GK shuffles to wide front disc, then back to middle; save volley x 6.
B. Progress to shuffle wide, then crossover to other front disc, then shuffle to middle for volley x 6.

Expand box to 4 x 4 yds and replace front discs with balls.
On coach's signal, GK responds using proper footwork.
A. If 1 or 2, GK collapse dives on ball, then up and center for volley.
B. If 3 or 4, GK dropsteps to touch disc, then centers for volley.

GK 1. laterally steps 2 feet between each disc, then jumps high hurdle. Shuffle for proper angle to save volley from S1, then crossover to save volley from S2.
GK2 laterally slaloms poles, then jumps high hurdle. Shuffle for proper angle to save volley from S1, then crossover to save volley from S2.
