Balance Training
Each rep will last 1 minute 30 seconds.
Rep 1: Keepers will stand on one foot and try to maintain balance while trying to touch cones with the foot that is off the ground.
Rep 2: Switch feet and repeat.
Rep 3: Keepers will try to touch every cone with their hand while balancing on 1 foot.
Rep 4: Switch feet and repeat.

Ball Line and Distribution
Keepers will do 3 reps and then switch. Starting on the post the keeper will receive a volley to hands and return, then coach will call out 3 colors in a sequence. Keeper will then receive 3 shots from those cones in order of the colors that are called.
Rep 1: Keeper gets volley from side cone and 3 shots in order of colors called.
Rep 2: Keeper gets volley and distributes it out to first color called. If the keeper catches a shot he/she will distribute to next color in the sequence.
Rep 3: Keeper receives and low driven ball for a diving save, resets to feet quickly and distributes to first color called. If caught, keeper will distribute to the next color in the sequence.

Keepers will do a series of footwork through the cones for each rep.
Rep 1: Shuffle through cones, volley to hands
Rep 2: Shuffle through cones, Low collection
Rep 3: 2 feet in between each cone, High collection
Rep 4: 1 foot between each cone, dive to the right
Rep 5: Up 2 back 1 footwork around cones, Dive to the left
