After the first pass has been made, the roles of the middle men are reveresed and the original defender drops to the side and becomes provider of the 1-2 option. The orginal option man now becomes the pressing defender.

5 v 1 circle. Two players in the middle, one attacking and one defending,
Ball starts with outside player who looks to play a pass into the attacking player who then looks to pass the ball back out to an outside player.
If the defender intercepts, they then become the attacking player and look to complete passes with the outside players
Outside players must keep the ball moving quickly and use other outside players ot pass to if there is no option in the middle.
Rotate players inside every 90 seconds

The same game as before, but an extra attacker on the inside.
Players on the outside have to move to support teammates who are in possession.

Progression - combination play between two attackers earns 1 point, fastest to 5 points

Area marked out 30 by 15 yards, with two goals back to back in the middle of the area.
Teams played 2v2 with a floater. Play starts with floater and he plays to which ever team he wants.
Aim to score in any of the goals.

Players lined up behind two cones with two players in the middle alternating roles of passive pressing and providing 1-2 option depending on which side players enters from.
Player on the left dribbles out from the cone and waits for defender to apply pressure. Plays a 1-2 and passes to opposite player on the cone.
