Organization: Split teams to their half, pair up players and a ball to each pair.
Duration: 15 minutes prior to game
Instructions:
Players are set up in pairs and randomly move around making passes. Assign each pair a number and the coach will call out a number and that pair goes to goal for a shot. After shooting that pair returns to passing. Make sure players alternate so everyone gets lots of shots.
Encourage players to move to open space when receiving the ball.

Instructions:
Players are set up in pairs and randomly move around making passes. On the coaches command the players have to make a move before passing " Pull back" "Inside cut" "Outside touch".
Assign each pair a number and the coach will call out a number and that pair goes to the opposite goal for a shot., then return to their half by one player dribbling, then continue passing using moves.

Week 4 (15 mins)
Organization: Half field for warm up 1, half field for warmup 2 with cones as shown.
Duration: 15 minutes prior to game
Instructions:
Players are dribbling randomly, have them doing pull backs and inside/outside cuts. After a few minutes take away one ball per side, on "GO" command the player without the ball has to go to the other side to steal a ball and return to their half and shoot on goal. As players lose their ball they try to win one from the other side. Players cannot win their ball back after they have lost it. Play until a team has won all the baills from the opposite side.
