split one half of the field into 4 channels , 2 channels will play at the same time ( either 1,3 or 2,4) players will play a ball into the facing defender who will clear it back to attacking player , players will then engage in a 1v1 , if attacking player is forced out of the channel the ball is dead. If attacking player beats defender they then take a shot at goal
