2v2 - 3v2

Organization: Field is 20x30 with 2 big goals.

Instructions:

- Coach passes to attackers who play 2v2 (with pressure coming from behind and in the middle).

- Red is trying to score on the big goal. If they score now the gk starts with a pass and make it 3v2 going to other way.

- If the gk deflects the shot it continues to stay 2v2, if he saves it he can also roll it in to make it 3v2 going the other way.

- Rotate offense / defense after 5 minutes.

Coaching Points:

1. Dribble fwd with speed and control 2. Keep head up to look at options in the field 3. Making runs without the ball 4. Speed in decision making (1v1, pass or shoot) 5. Creating of space with runs.

1:0 - Red dribbles up and shoots by midline (small field)

2:1 - Green start and make it 2:1 (small field)

Organization: Field is 20x30

Instructions:

- Red GK starts with the ball and plays depending on the pressure. From that point they outplay 3:2 and try to score on the big goal.

- Defenders start on different lines (10y apart). If defenders win the ball they can try to score on the opposite goal.

- Each time the ball goes out of bounds, players rotate and new play starts from the GK.

- Switch offense / Defense after 5 min.

Coaching Points:

1. Open body shape to see the field 2. Make runs to create width 3. Rec. space to attack 4. Look to combine of pressure prevents going fwd

Organization: Field is 20x30.

Instructions:

- Coach plays in any of the 3 attackers from which they attack the big goal in a 3:1 situation.

- Once they received the ball 2 more defender pressure from behind.

- If defenders win the ball they can score on the mini goals (the game continues until 1 team scores or until the ball is out of bounds).

Coaching Points:

1. Maintain speed in the attack 2. Creating fwd runs to attack the goal 3. Quick decision making (dribble, pass, shoot) 4. Speed in the passes

Organization: 5v4 is width of the 18. 4v2 box is 15x15

Instructions:

- Red plays 4v2 in the small box (1 touch only). Each time they get 5 passes they get 1 point.

- If green wins the ball they try to connect with any of the other green to set up a counter attack towards the goal (play with the offside rule).

- If red wins the ball again they can score on the opposite big goal.

Coaching Points:

1. Movement of the ball speed in the passes) 2. Rec of space/numbers when possession is won 3. Creating space w. runs without the ball 4. Quick decision making in/around the box 5. Get numbers in/around the box.

Crossing/finishing drill

Organization: Shooting drill in/around the box

Instructions:

1. Striker connects 2 passes with the midfielder on which he turns and shoots.

2. Striker receives the pass from LW and waits for the overlap on which he connects and the winger shoots.

3. The RW connects with the striker on which he sends him deep and all 3 run in for the cross.

Coaching Points:

1. Face the goal 2. Make runs to create space 3. Choose type of shot depending on GK position 4. Choosing different positions in/around the box.
