2 x teams
2nd player goes once 1st player begins to sprint through the central gates
Players working on low centre of gravity to get around the poles as low as possible
Approach the pole at a 45 degree angle ready to pivot around
Upon running around the poles, sprint through the middle of the zone
Possession Exercise
3 x teams of colours
2 teams in possession vs 1 team out of possession (Overload)
Once a player has passed the ball they must turn and run into a gated area, quick movement off the ball finding space for the ball again
