Screen 1 (15 mins)

Player 1 will start with ball. Pass and follow your pass through spots 1,2,3 & 4.

Once you recieve the ball on spot 4, player will dribble into space and finish on goal.

Coaching points:

1) On your toes, check in

2) Recieve on back foot

3) Mover when the passer lifts his foot up

4) Finish with the inside of the foot, look at keepers positioning before you shoot
