Opdracht:
- gelijktijdig met 1 voetcontact door de loopladder, wenden om hoedje 1 en zijwaarts ( aansluitpas) naar hoedje 2. Bij hoedje 2 met twee handen tegelijk high vife maken en daarna schuin sprinten naar het blauwe hoedje, tik het hoedje aan en daarna door sprinten naar de bal bij 3. en rond af met binnenkant voet in de hoek links of rechts van de goal.
! De bal terug leggen bij de trainer in het vak, of als er trainers zijn kunnen die dat doen.
Variatie:
- 2 voetcontacten per vak
- hinkelen op 1 been zowel links als rechts
