Dribbling:
Dribble to each cone.
For angle dribbles focus on outside foot spped dribble
For across dribbles rolls
Finish with 10 cone set wide for speed.
Go thru 4 times at 1 and 4 times on 2

3v1 three pass advance
Next progression in the 3v1.
Each zone will be played as a 3v1. When they complete 3 passes they can pass to the other zone.
Once passed to the other zone the 2 wide players and defender hustle into the zone and continue for 3 more passes.
Only works if the defender is working har.
Passes should be made based on the defender so looking up is a must.
60 to 90 second then change defenders.
Go thru everyone playing defence a few times.
Game:
For each successful zone pass is a point. If defender gets the ball and dribbles out of either end they get a point.

4v2 pass advance:
Increase difficulty on the 4v2.
Start with a 3 pass min before going to the next zone.
Again, focus is play is based on the defender. If behind the line of pressure play back. If above the line of pressure play forward.
Once they understand take away 3 pass min and play a game.
GAME:
Each successful play into the next zone is a point. If defenders win the ball and dribble out of eith end they get a point.

Scrimmage with at least 2 nuetrals to create numbers. Focus on beating the line of pressure into the next zone.
