Organization: (70x40) - two - 50x30 - one 10x50
- 2 teams of 7 or similar
- play as #2,3,4,5,6,8,10
- two small central goals, four cone goals on outsides
Instructions: - (4v1) in defensive third
- teams working progress the ball up to the #10 to score in small or cone goals (small = 2, cone = 1)
- midfield 6 can join defensive third at anytime
- once ball is progressed into the middle third, fullbacks can push to support
- once ball is progressed into attacking third, 8 can push to support
- play games for 7min then switch
- ball always restarts from #4/5
Coaching Points/Questions: - spread out - 2/3s
- utilize space and triangulate to create passing options
- pass forward when possible
- keep possession if you can't go forward - ball security
- keep it simple and fast
- working in possession, not stand
Regressions: - dribble penetration for all
Progressions: - send in 6/8 to defend in defensive third

Organization: - half field or similar size
- two teams - 1,2,3,4,5,6,8 vs 7,8,9,10,11
- field divided into two playing zones
Instructions: - attacking team to 3 counter goals
- defending team play to goal
- once ball is played in one zone if goal is scored in that zone = 3 points
- if crosses to other zone and goal is scored = 1 point
- ball restarts with goalkeeper if ball goes out of play
Coaching Points: - correct body position when playing/receiving passes
- defender split wide to receive
- midfielders, start high, and wide to create space to drop
- spread out - 2/3s
- pass/dribble forward when possible
- keep it simple and fast
Progressions: - take away zones
Regressions: - 4v2/5v2 in each zone, defending team scores on small goals in big goal
