Organization:
25x25 grid set up as shown
Players split up evenly amongst the four corners
Each player with a ball
Instructions:
On coach's command, the first player from each line of White team dribbles out towards the center cone
Upon reaching the cone, players perform the designated skill move and dribble to the opposite line.
Moves include the Brush, Shoulder Drop, and Scissors
Once both players hae gotten around the cone, that is cue for the blue team to start their action
Coaching Points:
Ball control as you approach the cone AKA passive defender
Timing of the move
-not too early, not too late. Should be about 3-4 feet before cone
Brush: -Playing foot sweeps over the top of the ball, rolling it across their body
-Accelerate with the second touch following the move
Shoulder Drop: -Players take an exaggerated step with the non-playing foot, bending the knee and dropping the shoulder on one side of the body
-Then, push the ball with the outside of the playing foot and accelerate past the defender
Scissors: -Similar to Shoulder drop, but now the exaggerated step w/ non playing foot goes over the ball
-Push ball away with outside of playing foot and accelerate past the defender
Perform all moves with both feet + both directions
Progressions:
Brush -> Shoulder Drop -> Scissors
Competition- 1 Point for every succesful move. Best score after 10 tries wins
One ball per line, players past to next teammate after succesful move

Game ends with goal or ball out of play and next two corners start
Switch roles after designated time period

Organization:
Channels constructed as show above, more channels if numbers are big
Attackers are in white, defenders wearing blue
Each attacker hangs a Penny out of their shorts like a tail
Instructions:
Attackers attempt to make it through the channel and past their defender without getting their "tail" pulled out
1 Point for making it across succesfully, 1 point if defender removes the penny tail
Play for a designated amount of time and switch out defender
Coaching Points:
Use body fakes and feints to elude defender
-Shoulder drops
-spins
-quick feet back and forth
Timing of your body fake
-not too early, not too late
Acceleration + deceleration, not going one constant speed
Dont let penny tail be exposed to defender's grasp
Progressions:
Make channel narrower
Add in a second defender
Regression: Defender is only semi-opposed
