Instructions:
-One Defender passes ball to two attackers to start play
-Players scrimmage and score by dribbling over the endline with control (ball within a stride away)
-If defender wins ball, they can dribble across opposite endline for a point
-If scores or goes out of bounds, new players rotate in
-Switch sides after a few rounds each
Coaching Points:
-Encourage attackers to spread out to find space to pass or dribble
-Defender quickly close down space after passing

Tail Tag (5 mins)
Tail Tag:
- Every player has a ball and pinnie tucked into the back of their shorts (to make a tail)
- Players dribble around while trying to pluck tails from other players while trying to prevent their tail from being plucked
-When they take someone's tail, they can tuck it next to their own
-If player loses tail, they keep playing while trying to pluck other's tails
Coaching Points:
-Encourage players to get involved by trying to pluck tails, not just preventing
- Heads up and looking around for tail stealers
-Keep the ball close at all times
