Description
3 v 2 and 4 v 2 situations.
We are looking to make runs into the spaces and create quick situations of counter attack.
Fitness objective: endurance
Rules:
1st Round: 3 v 2 and 4 v 3
2nd Round: 3 v 2, 4 v 3 and 4 v 4 or 5 v 4
Coaching points:
Movements to get unmarked, speed of the action, transitions to defend after finishing, tackle, interception. Space occupation by the players, technical actions.

Pitch divided in 1 smaller area and another big area
Description
One Team will be in possession, the opposite team will be defending the 3 mini nets.
The team in possession will try to attack into mini nets applying concepts on the final third.
If the team scores, another ball will be played. If the team loses the ball, the team who got the ball will try to play a counter attack by contacting with number 9 or making runs with players from second line.
We'll play 2 rounds of 15' - switching the roles.
Rules:
IF the ball goes out, the Coach will play the ball to the team who should start the next actions. Coach can help to create counter attacks.
Competition counting the goals.
Coaching points:
9 movements, defending block, change of mentality, runs into the space, compactness and connection between players while counter attacking, space occupation in the counter attack.
