Set Up: 7L x 10W Y
Description: 'Hexagon Rondo' 4v1 (adjust space according to the level) Attract defender by dribbling or controlling the ball to allow teammates to get open. Defender can steal ball, rotate defender. Attacking group move laterally to create proper passing angles to recieve the ball. Attract defender to open up option to pass, make decision when to hold the ball and when to release the ball (pass).
Coaching Points:
1. Movement to open space with and without ball
2. Create proper angle to recieve the ball, not behind defender
3. Body shape to open hips when recieving ball
4. Create passing lanes
5. Decision making: Read defender pressure and open space and players to pass to.
6. Commit the defender before passing
Progression: Add a defender to put more pressure on the ball.

Set Up: 20L x 30W
Description: 3v2 + 2 neutral outside players. Team gets a point if they can get the ball outside back in and outside back in keeping possesion. If the team defending wins the ball they now keep possesion with the same goal of getting it out and in on both sides. Looking for a switch in the attack. Switch roles of the players.
Coaching Points:
1. open body with first touch
2. movement off ball
3. communication
4. weight and accurate passes
5. composure on the ball
6. when to take touch and hold the ball and when to pass
Progression: Add a small goal on each endline. When team keeps possesion to both outside players can they now score in one of the small goals.

Set Up: 3v3, 35L x 40W Adjust size of field, wider than longer.
Descritpion: 3v3 ball must go through an outside zone before you can score, if 3 score then they stay on and get ball from gk. if 3 get scored on they go off (3 new from that side come on), if ball leaves field then 3 new players from each side come on, ball comes from gk.

Set Up: 40L x 50W Adjust size for numbers and ability. Make field wider than longer.4v4 or 5v5
Descritpion:
1st- they must play through 1 of the outside zones before they can score.
2nd- They must use both outside zones and keep posession before you can score.
Regular play, ball must start with the GK when it leaves the field.

Screen 1
A) Passing and moving in grid using different surfaces of the foot. (Inside, outside, laces)
B) Passing and moving, on coaches command the player on the ball dribbles to try and beat partner to opposite side of the grid.
C) Passing and moving, on coaches command player with the ball shields the player without the ball. Make sure they are not dribbling away from defender, they are trying to shield the ball for 4-5 seconds.
