Balance Work: (10 min)
Organization: 5 groups of 4 or 5 with two tall can lay down next to each other in front.
Procedure: First players hop left and right to remain balance then short sprint forward.
Variation: right and left foot only
Get pair up and working balance with the ball
Coaching Points: Concentrate on landing to be able to keep balance.

Warm up Phase 2 (15 min)
Organization: 2 set up of 24x15yds each grids split into three zone of 18yds in the middle with 2 end zone 3yds each. Divide players into 4 teams of four 1 neutral players each grids. 2 target players inside end zone.
Procedure: Possession to keep the ball and receive to play forward to end zone. If they passes the ball to target players same teams they allows to change position with target man. If they passes the ball to target players in different teams target must bounce the ball back. Play high intensity for 4 min before change.
Coaching points: Trigger to receive the ball. Movement to meet the ball not waiting. Check shoulder before to scan space before received the ball. Communication in the teams to show when and where to passes or keep the ball.

Tactical Counter Attack in an overload situation 3v2 (25min)
Organization: Set up full pitch between penalty areas. Players split into two teams each team starts with two defender and a striker on the pitch and the rest midfields who are waiting at either side of the pitches show in diagram.
Procedure: The session starts with a pass from the goalkeeper to one of the two defenders. The defenders play forward to the striker, who is unopposed until his first touch of the ball. On the striker’s touch an attacking player from each wing joins the striker to create a 3v2 overload in favour of the attacking team. The attack continues until possession has been lost or a goal has been scored. Play then goes the other way
up the pitch, starting with a pass from the keeper. Defenders rotate after each attack.
Progression: defenders turnover possession, they can immediately counter-attack the opposite end, with the ball being played into the striker. The two wide players can now join in straight away, without waiting for the attacker to touch the ball first.
Coaching points: Attack vertical through quick forward passes. Provide width and depth to support. Good combination and well organise in term of attacking. Always finishing to the goal.

SSG 8v8 or 9v9 depend on numbers (25 min)
Organization: this game is 8v8 plus keepers. It’s free play but a striker from one team and a defender from the other must remain in each half
Procedure: Coach serve the ball to attacking team to starts. When turnover in possession, the team that wins the ball must counter-attack as quickly as possible
3. The team that has won possession plays into their striker. Team mates must then join him to create an attacking overload.
Coaching points: Attack vertical through quick forward passes. Provide width and depth to support. Good combination and well organise in term of attacking. Always finishing to the goal.

Procedure: 4 outside players passes the ball inside and follow the pass. Players inside must to receiving the ball half turn and dribble to opposite side.
Variation: Players inside must check body to meet the ball and dribble or passes.
