Instructions:
Player A drives inside
Player B goes in behind player A (overlap)
Defender goes on A`s first touch on the ball
Attackers : option one score 1 v 1 if good angle; option two use 2nd attacker to combine
Play 3 min and teams switch roles.
Defender is alowed 1 transition (once wins the ball from attackers)
Coaching Points:
Play with the outside of your foot
weigh and accuracy of the pass
take a shoot if have an opportunity by yourself
Once has a yard of separation to the side of the defender take a shot on goal
communication
speed of play
positive first touch on the ball
Penetrate in behind defender
Progressions:
Can have the ball passed by defender to start with( defender pass to A)
Start with the square pass from A to B and defender live on first pass.
