Organization:
- 15 x 20 channels
- Cone in the middle.
- 4 players per channel.
Instructions:
- A plays double pass with B, then plays long pass to C and follows pass, (A goes to B, and B goes to A) then C plays double pass with A, then C plays long pass to B and follows his pass to the cone in the middle.
Coaching Points:
- Head up
- Observe target.
- Good first touch outside of the inside of your foot.

Organization:
- 15 x 20 channels.
- One gate on each side at the middle of the channel.
- 2 players on one side, (that start with ball), 1 in the middle and 1 at the end.
Instructions:
- A plays to B, B controls and plays back to A to the opposite side of the gate that A chooses to go through.
- B plays back to A, who dribbles through the gate then passes to C.
- Now A goes to the middle and start the whole sequence again, but going the opposite way.
Coaching Points:
- B - Ask for the ball, check your shoulder then check to the ball, RUN! control, pass.
- A - Check in to the ball, read B's movement.
Rotation:
- A goes to B, B goes to A; On the next play C goes to B, A to C, and so on.
Progression (1):
- A plays a give and go with B and tries to dribble trhough either gate.
- On B's touch one defender can come in.
- As long as A has possession is 2v1, when defender has possesion is 1v1 (A vs. C)
Progression (2):
- A no longer has to go through gate to score, but if he does one touch on B's pass and A scores, goal counts for 2.

Conditioned Game:
- Play for 15 mins.
- Players must complete 10 consecutive passes before going to goal.
Scrimmage:
- Free play.
Warm - up (Keep away) (10 mins)
Organization:
- 50 X 30 field split into 2.
Instructions:
- 4 V. 2.
Coaching Points:
- Receive on foot awar from pressure.
- Know where your pass is going to before you receive it.
- Constantly scan the field and find gaps where the ball can be played into.
Progressions:
- 2-touch limit.
- Encourage players to play through balls - Split = 2 players in the middle stay in for one extra round.
