Small Sided Game: (20minutes)

- Coach w/ plenty of ball ready on the outside
- You get 1 goal for scoring, or 1 goal for completing 5 consecutive passes in a row
- Switch with passing drill

Passing & Recieving (20 minutes)

Organization:
- Two grids
- Distance between gates is approx.10 yards
- Gate width 1-2 yards apart
- Switch with Small sided game
Instructions:
1. P1 will run with the ball towards P2 and just before he/she reaches P2 they pass the ball through the gate and follows pass. Same goes for P2 to P3 and so on.
2. P1 passes to P2 through the gate and follows pass. P2 on the recieving end can move off the middle cone once the pass is made. P2 receives the ball behind the cones and then has to pass it onto to P3 and move there.
- The goal is to make the pass go through the gate without touching the cones/sticks on two touches
- Players pass the ball and quickly sprint to the end of the line where he/she passed.
- Let them run through a few practice runs before they get into the game.
You can ask for specific type of Passing: only left foot, only right foot, recieving with inside, recieving with outside.
Coaching Points:
- Receiving & passing must be through the gates/cones, Accuracy and speed of pass, On your toes (active feet) First touch, Eye contact, Swing the leg, Follow through, Use of both feet, Check to the ball,
