A vs B (2 vs 1)
A- both players attempt to move around the grid and try to pass through 3 gates.
B- the defender (B) can only block the gates.
1 min maximum then new players enter
Coaching Points:
-Focusing on knowing when to pass and when to dribble.
-Player without the ball moving to a proper angle to receive the ball

Players must make 4 passes including one to a target player before going to goal. If all players touch the ball and then a goal is scored it is worth 2
3 min games then teams rotate

-Neutrals movement to be in a supporting role

No restriction scrimmage with one neutral. Neutral switches every 5 min

Technical (15 mins)
1st progression- agility
Players race (without a ball) through 3 gates and back. (can add dynamic movements and agility i.e. high knees, figure 8 around gates etc) **make it harder by color coding the gates- now they must go through a specific color**
2nd progression- technical dribbling
Add a ball. Players now dribble through the gates.
3rd progression- technical dribbling, passing, and receiving
Coaching Points:
-Weight of Pass
-Aware of which foot to recieve with
-First touch away from pressure
1 ball per group. Player A and Player B will now go through the gates by passing and moving. **Make it harder by giving a time limit and/or adding colored gates)
